Hands down the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop by far, Greg took away my stressful car problems with ease and left me with peace of mind knowing I got the best service possible. I went to Boyds for a second opinion after another garage in town diagnosed a suspension/steering issue as requiring a $2000 repair. Steve was incredibly helpful getting me in the same day and diagnosing my issue for free in about 5 minutes (garage not to be named took an hour and $140 for a misdiagnosis). They were able to get parts in and the issue repaired within the same week, Steve even offered same day if I needed. The quote provided was accurate, nothing took me by surprise with hidden extra costs; I even got a new customer discount. All in all fantastic service.A few days later I needed to get some tires de-mounted from my rims and they did it for free. Absolutely no complaints.

Had a great experience here today. Went in with a flat tire, they put on the spare for us at no charge and offered expert advice on what tires we should get next, even though we would not be getting them for their business. Excellent customer service.

I had a great experience at Boyds Tire & Auto Service. Chad and his team were very nice to deal with. They helped me order new winter tires and got me in and out quickly. The store is inviting, the service is friendly and the appointments were on schedule. I will definitely keep going there for my car maintenance. I also found out that they do more than just tires. They also service brakes, wheels, fluids and engine maintenance. I highly recommend!

Helped take a nail out of my tire for free the first time I went in, & explained i would need new rotors soon. Second time i went in needing an inspection to import my car into BC and needed to leave my car with them for a few days while waiting for a part & they even moved it into the garage over night for me!! Super happy I chose them😊

I have been getting my oil changed and tires switched over for over a year and Boyd's has always been honest and reasonably priced. But when my A/C decided to stop working just before the summer they were exceptional help. They ensured that I did not waste money on a recharge before my A/C unit was replaced. I also respect how they always let you know what's going on with your vehicle while it's being serviced and don't unload large prices on you when you go to pick er up. Also being a woman, it's nice that they're not condescending or assume I have no knowledge on my vehicle. That's been my experience at other auto shops. They always transcend my expectations at Boyd's.
While visiting the hospital in Kelowna, our vehicle broke down. They helped us out right away and got us on the road home. Very friendly, helpful and caring. Highly recommend.

Boyds Tire and Auto Service is AMAZING and I would recommend them to everyone!! Great service. They got me in the shop fast (same day) and helped diagnose and fix my vehicle all within 8 hours while other shops couldn't take me in until the next couple days.My check engine light came on that morning and my car started acting weird while driving. They had ended up changing 4 spark plugs and replaced 2 injectors for me which fixed the problem.Being pregnant in this 30 + degree heat with my car breaking down was not ideal but Boyds sure helped me a lot and gave me such a huge relief being able to help so fast.Thanks so much to Steve and the team! I really appreciated the help!! You guys are awesome
Hats off to this team! I am visiting from out of town and they were able to take me in under short notice. Had my truck towed as it would not start and previously was having intermittent starting issues that seemingly were symptomatic of a worn solenoid switch to shifter. They investigated and tracked cable and wires from wiring harness that were pinched due to someone else’s negligence in installing too long a motor mount bolt with several washers thinking this would suffice yet it pinched a major wiring harness feeding transmission and charging system , hence the problem! This most definitely could have created a fire!!! Thanks guys for the service and good find as a result of someone’s negligence. Keep up the good work and again thanks for your service. Much appreciated!

There is a reason why this auto service shop has THE most 5-star ratings in Kelowna. It's because Steve and the crew are all 5-star guys.I was only staying one night in Kelowna on a Friday and needing to continue on to another destination which is many hours drive away the following morning. As I was entering the city, I heard a disturbing grinding noise coming from the rear of my car. It sounded bad and expensive. So I googled for an auto repair shop in the area and my search listed Boyd Auto as the only 5-star WITH over 230 reviews. So I called them, spoke to Steve and was in the shop within the hour. Steve was very reassuring and said he could get us the needed parts and on our way before closing time. And so true to his word, the repairs were done at a VERY reasonable price and now I know I can complete my drive safely and worry-free. Thanks so much to Steve and his crew at Boyd Auto! You guys are fantastic!

The crew at Boyd was wonderful at fixing a leak in one of my tires. When I found myself very, very low on air in the rest of them tires, due to my own ignorance and neglect, the guys at Boyd filled them up for me at no additional charge. They squeezed me in at last minute and went above and beyond with their professionalism and friendliness. I would definitely recommend this business if you're in need of auto servicing!

Late on Friday afternoon I stopped at Vaughan location as there was a problem with my tire. The fellows in the shop were amazing and went above and beyond, did I mention it was near closing on Friday afternoon?! They assessed and fixed my tire, honestly felt like they wanted to help (rare these days). Feels like old school service with a high tech facility. This shop is great!! I had my boat trailer in storage for 3 weeks and was getting ready to load the boat and head home. I discovered I had 1 tire on my trailer that was flat/ had a screw in it. I called these fellas and told them I was a couple minutes away and wondering if they could help me out, they said they would I drove straight there, they immediately fixed the tire in less than 10 minutes! The most incredible part was it when I went upfront to pay, the owner indicated that they don’t charge to fix flats!!! :) it was a very incredible gesture and goes along way in my mind for customer service and repeat business! I left the tire tech I nice tip and I was on my way, would highly recommend these guys in the Kelowna area if you need a good , friendly, honest shop.
